CA Kamal Kumar Rathi (FCA)
Kamal Kumar Rathi is currently heading the Direct Taxes department of the firm. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1984 he has performed various system based audits, statutory audits & AG Audit, internal audits, bank audits, stock audits and special audits on behalf of the Income Tax department. He has completed the post qualification courses DIRM(ICA),DISA(ICA),DTIL & WTO-I(ICA) conducted by the ICAI and also successfully completed
certification course on concurrent audit of banks and Forex and Treasury
Management Course, of ICAI. He is also in the panel of Investor Grievance Redressal Panel (IGRP) of National Stock Exchange and NCDEX. He also deals with NRI taxation.

A regular columnist to Deccan Chronicle, the largest selling newspaper in South India, on the subject of Income Tax matters answering queries of readers under the head "Tax Matters" in Business Chronicle on various aspects relating to income tax, since February 2002. He is also in the IGRP panel of National Stock Exchange (NSE) since April 2002.
Also, associated with Lions Clubs International since 1991 performing various social activities for the benefit of the society.

CA Varun Rathi (FCA)
Varun Rathi is currently heading the Indirect taxes department of the firm apart from looking into the matters of Direct Taxes (audit and taxation).
Qualified in the year 2010,he has a vision for the future and has
been lending his expertise in the matters / areas of statutory audits and laying down norms
and procedure for conducting the internal / management audits of various companies, firms
and other concerns.
Successfully completed the certification course on indirect
taxes, Forex and Treasury Management Course and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection
Course organized by ICAI and is also a member of various business groups.
